What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
The default email templates available with MailChimp is quite good. Also the email deliverability of MailChimp is very good. Very less emails end up in spam and most domains are covered. The product UI is also quite good when compared to other similar players in the market

My favourite aspect of the product is generating the reports after we send an email campaign. The reports are very insightful and helps us draw very good conclusions about our customer behaviour. What links have they clicked and what time have they opened their email is quite handy to know
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly I do not have any major dislike with this product
