What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp is one of the cheapest and best email marketing platforms for nonprofits, small business, political campaigns and the like. It is so intuitive that even a less than tech-savvy individual can easily use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like their various plans. Oftentimes, you won't need to use everything the platform has to offer, so it's great to be able to upgrade/downgrade as necessary. There's even an option to pay as you go if your company needs aren't transparent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the support page was better organized and had more video examples for its clients. I dislike that you cannot schedule sent emails on this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend purchasing their basic, essentials, or standard plans as they are easily the most efficient and inexpensive plans Mailchimp has to offer. I personally don't think that the premium plan is worth it.
