It is the perfect tool for B2C businesses to carry out successful marketing campaigns and do segmentation for personalized marketing at ease.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is segmentation, automation and block based email builder which is very user friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like the sync feature which is bit slow and not completely efficient with a lot of CRMs

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
