What differentiates Jira Software Cloud Premium from other similar products?

The ability to customize my workflow is the most valuable aspect of Jira, a tool I use every day at work. It helps me organize my assignments, track progress, and tailor my workflow, issues, and areas to my specific needs. Jira’s collaboration features, such as comments and notes, make it easy to update work progress, give feedback, and exchange ideas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira is by far the best tool to work with. All team members can easily access, work together, and even create and track the progress of every task and activity in the project smoothly and easily. Many resources are available to check out and get references for our projects. Easy navigation within the tool. I can also easily work on large and very complex projects on Jira.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only complaint about Jira is about the forced updates that happen and how they can update the UX without warning. I know these are necessary and often provide useful improvements. However, the lack of communication before and after the release is quite annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easily track the work of my teams. Multiple reports to help better understand the performance of development teams. It can automatically connect to some other platforms. It’s flexible per team and board. Overall easy to use and implement.

A great product with a confusing UX

What differentiates Jira Software Cloud Premium from other similar products?

It has a lot of customization and changes. Also it as a great plugin approach which provides a lot of extra functionality

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's plugin architecture

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UX is rather inconsistent. Also the customization is far from easy to do. Also exporting data to excel is far from optimal and you need to to that export via the REST interface

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should try it before you buy it. It's quite an interesting product with lots of potential but it also expensive when you start scalling it to more people
