What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jira is pretty straightforward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira and subscribe to notifications, it works on auto-pilot and helps to get track of complex issues and resolutions and monitor progress
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once Jira is created, it is left out as "Unassigned". I wouldn't say I like this feature as sometimes time is lost in assigning manual work to find it and decide who to take care of the Jira. It should be a way to automate this process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira supports teams using Scrum and Kanban with its agile boards. A Scrum team can easily break large and complex projects into manageable tasks to allow them to focus on their sprints and finish faster. A Kanban team can visualise its workflow and set up work-in-progress limits seamlessly to maximise efficiency. Scrum and Kanban templates also help a development team manage its processes.

What differentiates Jira Software Cloud Premium from other similar products?
Its a great project management tool used by all the stakeholders. It can help QA, Developers, Project Manager, Product Owner, etc. Its very intuitive and provide many useful features. JIRA is very fast and can handle 50+ project members easily. JIRA reports is also very helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspect of JIRA will definitely be ability to handle all the agile and scrum lifecycle including sprint planning, daily scrums and sprint retrospective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the. user interface that JIRA provides. It looks very old fashioned and monotonous. There is no WOW factor.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One recommendation that I would like to give is please make the User interface more refrshing.
