Easy to use, light on features, but high potential

What differentiates JIFFY.ai RPA from other similar products?
Ease to develop bots. Decent training given. When we needed help, Jiffy was good at bringing in the expertise needed to get our bugs/problems resolved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I liked the bot training capabilities for web page interaction.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There really is no capability for versioning your development, and no real internal deployment/promotion system. I wish there was more capabilities and native integrations between the product and other systems. The OCR capabilities rely on external packages, so no native capabilities, and the external packages are top of the line, but aren't very good at reading unstructured forms. Also, since the software isn't used by very many clients, using "Jiffy.ai" on your resume really isn't a plus as other RPA package skills are more useful to the majority of companies using RPA software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would look to the other software packages that are out there and compare capabilities, amount of use in the RPA ecosystem, homegrown libraries, number of people that are part of the user community, etc. Jiffy.ai is a small fish in a big pond with some sharks that outweigh them by a lot. The technical support and even the ability to push product direction are better compared to the other RPA packages out there, but a lot of the negatives outweigh the positives of this software.
Pros
- Caring
- Respectful
- Client Friendly Policies
- Performance Enhancing

Efficient and feature focus

What differentiates JIFFY.ai RPA from other similar products?
JIFFY.ai stands out because it goes beyond basic task automation and focuses more on end-to-end process automation. It combines RPA with AI, document processing, and workflow orchestration in one platform, so you don’t need as many separate tools. Another differentiator is how quickly automations can be built and changed, especially for complex processes that involve exceptions or unstructured data. Compared to other RPA tools that feel very bot-centric, JIFFY.ai is more process-centric, which makes it easier to scale and maintain over time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it’s process-focused, not just bot-focused. It feels more practical for real business workflows rather than automating tiny pieces that still need manual work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some parts of the interface could be more intuitive. Once you’re familiar with it, it’s fine, but the initial setup isn’t always straightforward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get clear on your processes first. Before you invest, map out exactly what you want to automate so you’re not figuring that out while you’re learning the tool.
Pros
- Efficient Service
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
