What differentiates HotSchedules from other similar products?

I like the planning and also the ability to simply see your schedule on the app. I enjoy the logbook and the reporting feature that makes it easier to form a schedule. The flexibility to look at who you’re operating with and how many hours you have got that week is extremely nice too. They need the complete week of schedule posted on there and also who is going to be working or not working the shift. I like how straightforward it’s to speak along with your team (it features messaging) and it is easy to point out your availability. I conjointly like how it shows the contact data for all of your team members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is started to notify you of schedule changes, messages, et al via email or text, or both. Staff can easily put their shifts out there for somebody to choose up. They’ll hunt employees contact info to induce reality concerning potential changes. All that and more. Availability changes, requests for time off, shift swaps and you’ll take a glance at your schedule anyplace and anytime via the internet. It shows my scheduled hours to work, my availability, notifications from other employees, and any work-related announcements. I have ne’er had a problem with it not loading because of a scarcity of web service or wifi.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the calendar function on the website looked messy. I found that it was a lot easier to navigate the app on my telephone rather than work on my computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep updating as times modification to create it easier for workers to navigate and check their schedules.

HotSchedules is an amazing app that answers scheduling and is super convenient for employees. It’s simple to release shifts, swap shifts, request off, and update handiness all among the convenience of one app. Hotschedules permit employers to speak not only about employee schedules and changes therein, it additionally includes an in-built electronic messaging system to ease communication regarding meetings, products, no matter what you like. It can be discovered to give notice to you of schedule changes, messages, et al via email or text, or both. Staff can easily put their shifts out there for somebody to select up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s so simple to send availability and message to the boss and colleagues. I also like, however, you’ll get text notifications once your shift has been assigned. I also like how you can see what alternative staff are working with you at constant time, furthermore as their contact information. Makes it easy for shifts and act with other workers. In this tool, you can easily look at the workers and communicate with them which is helpful in the progress of the business and for the friendly environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like that the app costs cash as a result of it’ inconvenient having to go on my laptop. Additionally, the mobile interface can be better. There’s also definitely a learning curve to the website and I want it to be additional intuitive. I also wish you’ll receive notifications once somebody drops their shift and there is one for choosing up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it to anyone! It’s nice for every kind of labor environment! Hospitality, business, human resources, so on. They will hunt employees’ contact information to get in contact regarding potential changes. Keep change as times modification to form it easier for workers to navigate and check their work schedules.

What differentiates HotSchedules from other similar products?

It is extremely easy to use for both management and staff. It provides a great solution for our staffing needs. It is easy for staff to update their availability and preferences, and keeps management up-to-date.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that we can create templates based on needs and just fill in as needed. It makes staffing so much easier for everyone involved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it difficult to make changes after the original schedule has been posted. There is not an easy way to make multiple changes to a posted schedule.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try! Making our multi-departmental schedule is so much easier now that we are using HotSchedules.
