What differentiates HotSchedules from other similar products?
The fact that it does have a lot of features built into it to manage workforce.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that there were a lot of different tools and features to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It had a lot of functionality but it was difficult to use and understand, therefore many of these features went unused.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think that there are better scheduling products out there but HotSchedules does a good job at the basics if that is what you are looking for.

The length of how long they have been around and how their app is used at a lot of restaurants.

Easy of use for both employees and managers.

Horrible experience with IT
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you use Aloha/ncr its a great option, but if you use Toast or Square or other companies for your POS system then there are other options to consider.

What differentiates HotSchedules from other similar products?
It's very easy to send in my availability and message to my boss and colleagues. I also like how you’ll get text notifications once your shift has been assigned. I also like how you can see what different staff are operating with you at an equivalent time, moreover as their contact information. Makes it terribly easy for shifts and communication with other workers. They have the complete week of schedule announced on there and additionally who will be working or not working the shift.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love HotSchedules. I am using it for a long time. It’s terribly simple on the eyes, you’ll be able to look and see once you’re scheduled, who you’re scheduled with, and who isn’t working. Communication with employees isn’t troublesome like it sometimes is when you’re actually within the workplace and want to appear up someone’s number or email address. HotSchedules is a fantastic app solution to programing and is super convenient for employees. It’s terribly straightforward to release shifts, swap shifts, request off, and update availability all inside the convenience of one app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t like that you just have to purchase this app once it’s on your phone. I don’t like how much the logbook lags when you’re using it and takes a moment to examine off tasks you’ve completed. Except that, I like HotSchedules.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest using HotSchedules for your programming needs. I might recommend the app.
