What differentiates HotSchedules from other similar products?
We have been using this service for over 15 years now and it allows us to run a business and staff appropriately based on forecast demands and predicted business. My staff finds it easy to communicate and email all of us on anything. We can also track anything from sales and inventory as well to keep our business up to date and run smoothly
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Making a schedule is easy and if my staff inputs their availability, I know how to set our team up for success every week.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There used to be a capability for the service to send emails to personal addresses so my employees know there are HotSchedules messages. That does not seem to be the case anymore.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at all the features and play around with them. You definitely will see all the amenities and know what will work best for your company.

What differentiates HotSchedules from other similar products?
Sending my availability and a note to my supervisor and coworkers is quite simple. Getting text notifications when your shift has been assigned is another feature I like. I particularly appreciate that you can view the names of the coworkers you are collaborating with as well as their contact details. makes scheduling shifts and interacting with other workers very simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For the past two years or so, I have been using it. You may quickly and easily look at your schedule to see when you have appointments, who you have appointments with, and who is free. It's not difficult to communicate with the personnel, unlike when you're at the office and need to hunt for someone's phone number or email address.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It annoys me that you have to buy this software in order to use it on your phone. I don't like how slow the logbook is when you use it and how long it takes to mark off finished assignments. But aside from that, I adore HotSchedules.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the best option if you want to keep your costs under control and have a strong tool for allocating labor!
