What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of a built-in content creation option for social media platforms is Hootsuite's biggest drawback. In addition, I believe the price to be higher than that of its rivals. Along with slower response times, poor customer service is another issue.

We like the built-in social listening feature that helps us monitor and analyze the needs of our customers as they evolve over time.

The convenience of being able to access all of your social network accounts from a single hub, as well as the features that come with doing so. In addition to the personalized reports and convenient scheduling, the insightful statistics are a huge help. Having better control over our schedules means we can put out superior content at optimal times. If we can increase our social media visibility and quality with Hootsuite, then it's well worth the price.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of Hootsuite's drawbacks is that it doesn't come equipped with tools for making posts for social networking. In addition, I think the prices are a bit steep in comparison to the market. Additionally, the turnaround time is a little longer and the customer assistance isn't very helpful.

In my function as a social media manager, being able to post to several networks from a single interface has been quite helpful. Absolutely incredible; I am blown away. Having the option to update several accounts at once is crucial for staying active on all the major social media platforms of today. This application programming interface (API) is fantastic.
