This platform distinguishes itself from others by offering a remote collaboration feature that lets distributed teams be on a single page.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am really thrilled by how I can automatically archive the outdated content utilizing Guru's Auto-Archive feature, which keeps the knowledge base fresh and easy to navigate. I appreciate the API access provided by Guru as it lets me embed its knowledge directly into apps. One feature that I use most of the time is Custom pages, which lets me create custom pages for specific teams or topics. Recently, I have been using Guru's Cross Development Knowledge Sharing feature, which has really eliminated the possibility of lacking and has been able to bring everyone on the same page. Also, it has helped me to keep the knowledge manageable.
