What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

I've not seen another communications product as easy to use at this price point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite GoToConnect feature is the visual dialplan designer, which makes an easy task out of something that's taken me quite a bit of time with competing products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UX: it's not always 100% clear where to click to get to a certain setting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before porting phone numbers or making major committments, subscribe for a month or two and play around with the features with one line that isn't connected to anything mission-critical.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

Its capacity for low code unified VoIP communication service is for sure its USP.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its unified communication service capabilities, as it makes it a very effective all-in-one platform. That you can phone, conference, message from a single system is super convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I just don't have complaints after migrating to this platform. Its been there when i need it both formally and informally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the GoTo Unified Communications Service that is all the rage nowadays. Worth every penny.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

It offers great flexibility. I can make any change to my phone configuration though the easy-to-user admin portal. And Goto connect provides excellent technical support.
