The simple UI, and ease of use admin tools

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are coming from a system that was more difficult to use, then you will have staff expecting this to be a harder product. We had the issue of staff trying to make things harder when they didn’t need to be, because they were use to having a hard time using the phone system.
