What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?
Google Voice helped so much to place calls faster. You can make calls directly from Gmail or Google Calendar. Missed calls, voicemails, and texts can appear in your Gmail.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that admins can manage users and numbers easily from the Google Admin console.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing at all
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you or your organization already uses Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, etc., then Google Voice is a natural fit. It helps with Seamless integration and a better control for businesses (great business plans too)
