Google Forms is a very powerful software for creating, managing and sharing all kinds of forms. In our company we use Google Forms to create forms on a daily basis, and one of the differences that we have noticed in relation to other similar software is that Google Forms is more beneficial because it has real-time analytics, all the traffic and the responses we receive in All our forms can be displayed graphically in our Google panel, we can know exactly and in real time, all the movement that the form previously sent to our clients has been having, while other platforms take longer to collect that information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things that attracts me the most about how Google Forms works is that I have access to a large number of templates for all my forms, it is fantastic to be able to create forms with a pre-designed template, that has a very attractive design and that give you a totally different visualization to the questions on the form. Another thing that I like is that with Google Forms I can import a large number of images, and use those images in my forms without any limits, this function is very important to me, since I can store images unlimitedly and place them in my forms as many times as you want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have never had any problems regarding the operation of Google Forms, this has been a platform that has brought me great results in my company and has made my forms take a more professional display for my clients, however, my complaint goes directly to the free trial period. I did not like the free trial as data is not collected in real time and I am also unable to mark form questions as required fields, which caused me to receive incomplete answers on my forms and forced me to upgrade to a paid plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason why I would recommend Google Forms to a colleague or companies is because it offers a very easy to use system to collect opinions, if your company is looking for a mechanism to collect opinions, without a doubt Google Forms is the best option, you will have the possibility to receive answers to your questions in just an instant, and you will be able to see the progress of your form in real time. In addition, Google Forms allows you to create attractive forms, so that the client feels comfortable while filling out the form that you have sent.

if to many people are working on the same document you can experience some lag

keep the people working on one document at one time to 4 people or less

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can survey consumers and customers in a very practical and friendly way because it is easy for people to fill out the forms and they can do it from their cell phones. It is an easy and free way to collect information in a more specific way, since I only need a few minutes to create a form with this software. Another aspect I love is that I only needed my Google account to use this tool. +I can customize the designs with color palettes, backgrounds and images. +I can drag and drop elements, the interface is intuitive. +It facilitates the analysis of the collected data, integrating with Google Sheets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit limited relatively in terms of document format capabilities, however, from my point of view it is still a competent tool and one of the most attractive for forms and surveys, as it is affordable for all audiences and recognized worldwide.

It is a tool that you can get a lot out of if you are creative. It is flexible, affordable and easy to use. Making forms is something that can help you in many areas of work, student and personal, is suitable for studies, analysis, satisfaction surveys or requests, registration, and Google forms makes it easy task with the functions it has, I simply recommend it to be helpful in any field.
