What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
Using google forms we are able to back up valuable information from our clients by creating forms that can get simple answer options and also send files as examples or business material. This tool made it easier for us to understand our clients in the best way to make projects that fit the answers provided by them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
These surveys can be stored in a google drive section and the user can use them whenever they want. We can also have an approximate number of questions answered and extract the files to be sent within the document. It is very easy to use and creating the drop down answer menu does not take a lot of time. It is free so anyone can use it and it also automatically saves to the cloud so we don't lose any data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The forms being so simple to work with limit customization so each user can't fit the design to their field of work and their form creation options are not neatly arranged. Perhaps it needs an update in its interface so that the design does not look so static.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is recommended to incorporate tools to customize it more as a change in the style of typography and colors to implement. Also the buttons could be better organized to add extra documents and incorporate files in audio format and finally it would be helpful to obtain analysis to see if the answers are not complete or long enough.

The most useful feature of Google forms is that they are easy to read and understand. What I appreciate best about Google Forms is how simple it is to create and display them to anyone who needs to see or understand progress in specific areas. It would be beneficial to anyone who wants assistance in understanding and properly understanding where they stand that differentiates Google Forms from other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Forms is known for its user-friendly design. With this tool, you may generate stunning shapes regardless of your background. You can learn how to use this tool in a matter of hours. It also has a number of features that are entirely free. I'm aware that there are various alternative programmes that provide greater layout and design freedom. However, those are too expensive, and most users will be satisfied with Google Forms. It also connects well with other Google services such as Drive, Sheets, and others, allowing you to save all of your collected data in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing in this world is flawless. It would be fantastic if this tool had the ability to update records. In addition, the shapes' bland design bothers me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My suggestion is that you explain why you picked the numbers 1-5 in order of very improbable to highly likely. The data will reveal even more details on why the individual taking the poll picked the particular number, as well as a more detailed description. There might be more than one factor influencing the survey response than simply answering a general question.
