What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
No one supposed to be very knowledgeable in terms of esurveys however all the tiny little explanations sticked to every question format.

My favorite is that even if you do not have any idea in terms of how this tool works, you can easily figure out what to do in minutes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When we do the research some answer formats are not allowing us to analyze them in terms of under indexing or over indexing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I do recommend them to use this tool cerafully because although this tool is great for simple tasks it's not that great where advanced statistics formats are required

Google Forms is simple to use
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
Google integration into Google Sheets / Google Drive / Google Docs. If you're a heavy G-Suite user then this is the solution for you.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are no limitations on the number of forms you can create and store within your account, meaning you can retain old forms ready for repurposing without worrying you're going to hit a ceiling.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some fairly significant limitations in form building, it's okay for simple forms with a little bit of branching. But anything more than that and you're going to need to look at an alternative. However, for a free product it's more than enough.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As above, if you're a heavy user of G-Suite already then Google Forms obviously slots in quite nicely into that. But if you're looking for third-party integrations you may want to reconsider.
Pros
- Respectful
- Friendly Negotiation
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Slower Product Innovation

Like the VW of forms
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
It's reasonably easy to use. And when you already have the suite, you don't need to bother with logging in and out of a gazillion platforms. Also, not a chance to do your forms only to find out you need to pay and upgrade etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's good enough for someone who's not very sophisticated about forms or surveys.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I keep forgetting how to share a form. Also, I need to remember to give people outside the company access to the form. It's nagging to get all the emails about it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a good enough product if you don't need to get fancy.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
