My favorite things of GoAnywhere is its ease of use and seamless integration with Outlook and Gmail. It makes sharing and managing documents so much more efficient, especially with the added security and compliance features and also the cost of the solution is relatively affordable compared to other solutions evaluated

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside is that some advanced features, like reporting and automation, could be more customizable. It feels a bit limited in that regard for power users and the screen cannot be zoomed out

The performance has always been top-notch though I experienced few challenges from the learning curve for the first few days.

GoAnywhere MFT is quite unique when it comes to features like strong compliance, modular design and automation that makes it easier to use for both technical and non-technical users. We were able to creative multi-step processes including everything from transferring and encryption to sending notifications with the job scheduler and workflow automation without having to interfere manually which saves us a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike about GoAnywhere MFT is the performance of the admin console when handling extensive job histories and concurrent workflows. It slows down significantly and affects our responsiveness and efficiency although not by a very huge margin.

My recommendation would be to do extensive research on the features to increase adoption speed, reduce reliance and enjoy the capabilities of GoAnywhere MFT without wasting a lot of time on training.
