What I dislike most about GoAnywhere MFT is the inconsistency and occasional lack of depth in its documentation and error messages, especially for complex scenarios, making troubleshooting more difficult.

I like its ease of use, implementation, automation and integration. I also like how it provides many options to manipulate, retrieve and process data. GoAnywhere MFT has really proven to be an invaluable tool for our company.

What i like most about GoAnywhere MFT is the ease of file transfers for our high value customers. Customer service is genuine and personally tailored, and technical support is excellent and outstanding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GUI may need some improvement as sometimes you get lost where to look to for what you want to do.

The best thing that I liked about this tool which separates it from other similar platforms is it's strong emphasis on a user friendly, code-free interface for building complex workflows where as other tools of similar types require more technical or scripting expertise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite part of this product is it's security features for which it is generally praised for, which supports strong encryption such as PGP, AES, and more. The drag and drop workflow builder works on completely new level making our life much easier. Also it supports all the operating system which makes it usable on any OS whether it's mac, windows, Linux or any other.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not many things are there which I can treat as dislikes but there are few things where I wish there could be some improvement. It's hard to reach the support team over phone call sometimes and we have to reach via email which eventually takes more time for resolution. Also, the learning curve is not that easy specially for new people.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation for the others considering this tool would be that you should choose this over other similar tools like Move It, as I have mentioned how it's different from others in terms of many aspects, and one more thing which I would like to mention is the deployment with multiple cloud systems such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, and not only limited to cloud but on premise as well as in hybrid mode, so this makes it one of the best among all the alternatives.
