What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?
GoAnywhere MFT is quite unique when it comes to features like strong compliance, modular design and automation that makes it easier to use for both technical and non-technical users. Personally, I was quite impressed by its compliance and audit features which include detailed logging, role-based access and encryption standards which helped us in meeting various regulations easily. Additionally, the versatility it offers when it comes to deployment allowed us to control sensitive data. This combination of security and ease of us is what many competitors lack which we found in GoAnywhere MFT.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My personal favorite aspect of GoAnywhere MFT is its automation and scheduling capability owing to the transformations it has brought in how my organization handles routine file transfers. We were able to creative multi-step processes including everything from transferring and encryption to sending notifications with the job scheduler and workflow automation without having to interfere manually which saves us a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about GoAnywhere MFT is the performance of the admin console when handling extensive job histories and concurrent workflows. It slows down significantly and affects our responsiveness and efficiency although not by a very huge margin.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation would be to do extensive research on the features to increase adoption speed, reduce reliance and enjoy the capabilities of GoAnywhere MFT without wasting a lot of time on training.

The software is easy to use, secure, and supports many protocols with strong automation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how easy it is to set up automated tasks and monitor them in realtime. The dashboard is quite clean and gives you a clear overview of transfers, so you always know what's happening.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel that the initial setup feels a little complex at first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that a proper training and orientation programme should be attended

It is so easy to use while supporting so many functions at the same time with strong automation.

The automation is simple and the dashboard provide clear monitoring which are my favourite aspects of this product.

Sometimes the software appears crude and not very user friendly.

I recommend the product. In the starting, you need to give some time to get the hang of the interface but thereafter its all uphill.
