It works in on premises environment and not just only cloud which makes it a much liked product. The flexibility to the customer is very much appreciated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its integration with Google drive is my favourite aspect.

As of now its nothing to dislike.

I would want them to chose the product because of its reliability features and the free File transfer modules are really helpful. It provides great security and hence its a very reliable product for file transfer.

For us the main differentiator is how many transfer protocol and integration it along with built it automation workflow. Its interface is also clean compare to other MTF tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
once we set Automation work flow, file moves securely without any manual work. Transfer can also happen on the schedule.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not for small organisation, it may be costly. Once should only choose this when they have a heavy and large file transfer on daily basis with a need of full security.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take time to plan your workflow before set-up. Also explore all built in connectors and automation options early.
