Allows you to visually replay the entire session. It shows where the user got stuck and gave up not just that they left the page.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Watching the session replay makes the picture clear. Both mobile and web behavior can be analyzed using the same logic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The video like session data can lead to heavy storage and processing requirements.

Glassbox is a fantastic product for tracking our user behavior on our applications, i like it's user interface most which makes it easy for us to create and customize dashboards and reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I rely on it to gather our customer feedback, monitor product health, identify patterns and many more. It works well
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly I don't dislike it so much I have tried other product analytics softwares like Heap but I find this more smoother than the rest.

As a senior data analyst I have used this couple of time to do do data analysis of our products after launching them, with my experience i recommend it to anyone.
