What differentiates Front Team Collaboration from other similar products?
It's different from other software in that it boosts team communication and collaboration. When it comes to backing, Front is unrivaled. They are easy to talk to, fast to answer, and above all else, honest.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I enjoy best is how simple it is to link various means of contact, such as email, text message, instant messaging service, etc. I had no trouble communicating and working in tandem with the rest of my team in real time, which came in handy while dealing with an urgent problem reported by a high-value client. I was given a bird's-eye view of all customer-related data, including message content, ticket specifics, and which member of my team responded. It helps everyone on the team be on the same page and meets the requirements of my company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I didn't enjoy how difficult it was to get in touch with a real person to have my questions answered because their chat bot wasn't very helpful when it came to Front-related concerns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because it is so simple to send documents, spreadsheets, and pictures to other team members, I highly recommend this program. Lightweight and easy to use, Flock has only the essentials. Flock has modest memory and storage requirements.

What differentiates Front Team Collaboration from other similar products?
I can now track and trace my email conversations much more effectively and quickly. Also, the direct message underneath the email dialogue has helped me obtain speedy replies from my coworkers, which has saved me a lot of time. The main advantage is that I doubt you'll ever forget to respond to emails or send reminders again if you use the snooze button. Front helps me to reply to client queries fast since I can tag someone else who will be able to respond, allowing me to email my consumers swiftly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Front features a snooze button that I can set according on my schedule. I never fail to respond to emails any longer. Furthermore, the label functions assist me in categorizing emails, and I may design labels for my own mailbox. This improves my customer connections and saves me a lot of time. It also allows me to invite my colleague to a direct discussion through email. Before Front, I had to discuss everything in a separate conversation with my coworkers, but now they can just read the emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of my worries is that when all of the threads connect to each other, it's not always evident that your client will not receive the entire thread. Unfortunately, you cannot attach an email exchange. This is sometimes required to back up the email I send. Also, I can't set email to high priority, which would speed up the process. I'm hoping that these functionalities will become available in Front in the future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I advocate utilizing this program since it is simple to use and has useful features that will assist you with your job. The design is likewise straightforward but inviting. If we have any problems with the app, the Front support team always responds quickly.
