What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
API synced data files. Multiple data files can be uploaded per project, greater control over larger datasets
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hierarchical structures. Personalized dashboard themes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No syntax writing capability to create/edit variables. Copying objects from crosstabs tool and story creater to story teller is not possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
try it yourself and then decide, they offer professional training too

What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
Forsta has an excellent internal support team and group that works with you from implementation and beyond. There is no handoff to someone else, so everyone is aware of what's been happening for the life of the project. Forsta has unique features, such as open ends that can be programmed to prompt off keywords for better data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's incredibly easy to use once you've learned it. It's a powerful tool, and is industry leading with it's capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish they continued updating the older professional authoring tool. While I understand while they've moved to a more sleek UI, there are certain features that were just better in the old tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They are trustworthy and don't overpromise. While they might not come in as as the lowest bid, they will be one of the lower cost vendors over the lifespan of the contract. They do not nickel and dime you the way other companies do.

It’s flexible and customizable, making it easier to find key trends and make decisions faster, all without the steep learning curve of other platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I’d say my favourite part of Forsta is how quickly it turns data into actionable insights. The real-time analytics make it feel like you're always on top of things, and the AI-driven sentiment analysis really helps you catch those subtle patterns and emotions in responses that you might miss otherwise. It saves a lot of time and makes decision-making way smoother it’s like having a smart assistant helping you dig through all the data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I had to pick something I don’t love about Forsta, it’s probably the learning curve. There’s a lot to take in, especially if you’re not already familiar with survey tools or data analysis. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and some parts of the interface could be more intuitive for new users. But once you get the hang of it, it becomes much smoother to work with. It just takes a little time to get comfortable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're thinking about using Forsta, I’d say take some time to really explore all its features before jumping into a big project. There’s a lot to it, so getting familiar with the analytics and customization options will help you get the most out of it. If you’re new to this kind of tool, don’t be afraid to reach out for support or dive into their resources getting the hang of it can be a little tricky at first, but it’s totally worth it. Once you’re comfortable, you’ll see how much it can simplify things and help you find those key insights.
