Easy and effective, but not many bells & whistles

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?
It is very easy to manage and use. It doesn’t have some of the in depth integration options as other platforms offer, but, it also doesn’t need any one in IT to build/edit/fix things.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Each agent can easily manage and run their own campaigns with minimal issues
What do you dislike most about this product?
When an agent runs out of credits they need an admin to add more which is a little annoying and can slow down productivity
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a sandbox account and trial period to see if it does what you need it to do.

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?
My experience with EZ Texting has been excellent. If I need to get a text out, it's really quick, inexpensive and gives me an immediate report on the results. It's also an easy way to communicate with groups of persons in our organization and community.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
have been a customer for more than 4 years. I use it daily and would highly recommend it to anyone needing to see out mass communication. I also like how user-friendly and straightforward the platform is.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I give EZ Texting 10/10. It is a great tool that makes it very easy to communicate.

I really love EZ Texting. I highly recommend it to everyone.

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?
I like the fact that I can quickly set up my contacts, create custom messages, and send out communications to my customers very quickly with EZ Texting. I love how easy it is to use, send and schedule bulk texts quickly which saves a lot of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing I like most is the ease at which you can communicate to a mass audience. It is fast and easy and I can respond to incoming messages fast and easy. I like that it notifies when I get an incoming response.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that MMS messaging costs 3 credits. This makes it more expensive especially when the contact list is big.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
EZ Texting is fast and easy. I use it on a daily basis and I recommend it.
