What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
The ability to integrate into third party systems be it CRM, CPQ, or ERP systems to enable end-to-end approvals workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's perfect fit for the enterprise sales teams - to share documents simultaneously without any follow up manual efforts like calling, texting, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Having to create and maintain accounts and not having the choice like guest user access or some sort of free ride users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ease of use with respect to account maintenance would be very much desired and appreciated.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Out of all our research in products, DocuSign offered the highest security. When processing documents online with various information being shared, security was our top priority. It is a very well known software and easy to use which makes it efficient for processing documents across various parties.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The notification and tracking of documents is a game changer! I no longer have to run down a self made check list and search for physical paperwork. I can see at a glance where the document's completion was left off and what still needs to be done. The notification updates are great so that I am always up to date and so that I don't forget about it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This may be a feature that I am unaware how to use but it would be nice to send mass documents in one email rather than individually, especially when it's a lot.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend DocuSign to anyone who still processes physical paperwork or is currently with an electronic vendor that doesn't offer all the features DocuSign does. From the groups management, branding, templates, notifications, excellent user interface, to how customizable everything is, it only makes sense to utilize DocuSign!

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
We in Public sector have a requirement for wet signatures. Docusign is a god send.We could easily integrate it with our ERP. Our senior leadership need not print the documents and can sign using Docusign. It increased the efficiency to a great extent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The company keeps coming up with new use cases and features. The product can be easily integrated with other Enterprise systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It works like a charm. I cannot think of anything as of now.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product. Every organization must leverage it. We use it in HR recruiting, Procurement contracts and purchase order approvals, Invoice approvals, Expense approvals to name a few. There can be many more use cases where this wonderful product can be used.
