What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Docusign allows for and simplifies the process of creating contractual document signing workflows by integrating with key sales and marketing software that we use as a company, allowing individuals to be able to remotely contribute to contract customization and automating specific aspects of the contracting process. All of the aforementioned has been key to creating automated workflows for sending contractual documents to customers and collecting their signature on the documents with as little human input as there can be.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Docusign identify takes up a critical role in our document signing experience using Docusign. We have extensively leveraged this feature to verify the identity of our customers , in the case of sensitive agreements. Docusign identify completely takes care of e-signature verifications , authentications and identity proofing. As a company, this has taken a lot of burden off our neck.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Docusign does a good job , as far as collecting signatures for contracts is concerned. I do not think that we can ask for more as a team and from the perspective of my organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Docusign's dynamic approach to contract signing has improved the speed with which we can get customers to append their signatures on contracts. More importantly, is how we ' ve been able to successfully automate a large part of this process.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
It has a wide variety of features such as multiple signers that allows people to sign a document either sequentially or simultaneously.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is convenient as it allows us users to sign and manage documents from anywhere, at any time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Difficulty with complex documents: DocuSign is not well suited forb handling very complex documents with a large number of clauses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To consider which features are important to them and make sure that the pricing plan they choose includes the features they need.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
I have used just DS so not sure how to compare.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is intuitive and you get help easily by a simple google search or reaching out to support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Error message take time to understand. During each salesforce refresh we had issues with user mapping. Even after mapping it sometimes does not work. Also on impersonating as an end user it throws error and hard to get past that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good product and like any other products it is still evolving and you have to keep trying new things to get pasts those weird errors. We were using send docusign button so far but have built conga lightning button for this but still feel like DS was a better one. But just my opinion.
