What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
DocuSign enables us to obtain the necessary signatures with standardized legal terminology fast and effectively. Our agreements and contracts are rapidly signed with the use of confirmation emails that contain digital signatures. You can use this feature to designate many signers, and Docusign will let you know when each one has finished. To distribute field papers to our staff, we utilize DocuSign.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how simple it is to use; you receive clear, step-by-step directions, and it's simple to gather the required signatures. It isn't any more complex than the Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word editor. I enjoy that DocuSign enables us to sign documents for our clients and workers electronically; as a result, adopting DocuSign has enhanced our productivity and decreased our administrative expenses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be time-consuming if you have an extensive document with lots of fields that need to be initialed, signed, or filled out. I wish there were a way to transmit documents in bulk while pulling data from an Excel or Google sheet, such as the recipient's name and email address.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sending documents to different parties for signatures is simple to utilize. The smartphone app is also incredibly user-friendly. As many businesses and individuals use it, enablement is simple because they are accustomed to it. The ease of signing documents without needing to schedule an appointment wherever you are is what I enjoy best. I appreciate how the system automatically notifies people who haven't joined each day.
