my favourite aspect is confident that your documents are safe

Epicor ECM is a complex system, and the implementation process can be time-consuming and challenging.

i recommend this to to business who shifting from offline storing document to online

What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?

It is the best document management and business process automation solution. It empowers growing businesses to make better decision and delivers fast ROI with intelligent data capture, workflow, and retrieval.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Global Search Workflows integration with the ERP suite

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration could use some more enhancements. Its a huge step forward from the previous builds but further integration into Kinetic will significantly enhance usability and adoption Workflow development for unique use cases would benefit from better templating and easier modification.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that use cases intended are actually deployable. The product feature set is still maturing and some use cases need to be understood in more detail before assuming alignment.
