What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?
I like how it is very easy to access our archive of scanned documents. Epicor ECM is web-based thus making it to move faster than the order version that was in house server based. Epicor ECM is quite easy and simple to use and the team behind it treats you with respect and kindness.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Epicor ECM, i like the fact that i can go back to home page after each approval. With it, it is very easy to process invoices and it also maintains the quality of the picture when i upload colored invoices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike nothing. Since we started using Epicor ECM we have never recorded any challenges.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes. I highly recommend Epicor ECM.

What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?
With Epicor ECM, i really like the fact that you can automate either accounts receivable or accounts payable. I like the ability to use retrieve tool to search for any document I'm looking for. It has a very simple and intuitive interface that makes it simple and easy to learn and understand.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like ease of use and the customer support team responds quick when you contact them. I like the fact that you can look for information anywhere anytime. Everything about Epicor ECM is neatly organized thus making it extremely easy to manage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not yet experienced any challenges while using Epicor ECM. Nothing to dislike about it at the moment.

Yes I highly recommend Epicor ECM.
