Epicor ECM offers a very responsive mobile application to allow users access documents and collaborate on the go. The platform offers analytics and reporting tools that help companies gain insights into their document management processes. With Epicor ECM, you can easily identity bottlenecks, optimize resources allocation and improve workflows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can scale the platform to meet your every growing needs. The software can accomodate increased number of users and document volumes. Integration with other systems and softwares such as ERP and CRM. This means that, Information can flow seamlessly across the organization. I adore the search capabilities because it helps to locate specific documents. This improves productivity and saves time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing options are abit high but it has continued to serve me well in storing and organizing all our documents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Epicor ECM because we can always keep up with the changing market conditions, product demands and customer expectations. You can effectively streamline and optimize manufacturing operations so you can prioritize employees, customers and business growth.
