What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?
What i like best about Epicor ECM is auto emails notifying me when an invoice is posted for my approval. Epicor ECM has a very intuitive and straightforward interface that makes it super easy to use. I like the support and reliability of the Epicor ECM application.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it is very easy to log in from any network from anywhere anytime. Also, i like the workflows that can be created for different types of invoicing. Additionally, i find it easy to find scanned items when they are named properly by the one uploading the document.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to saving files as PDF and printing, it is not the most user friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Epicor ECM is very easy and simple to use. I recommend it.
