What differentiates Docebo from other similar products?

They offer a well designed My Teams feature. This allow users to limited access to managers to ensure their reports complete trainings. Other vendors don't have this feature or they don't do it well. They also support external use cases well. Other LMS are good for internal use case. They also allow the ability to charge for courses. They have an internal vs external catalog.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the My Teams feature. This allows managers the ability to track course completion. They also allow you to have different menus for different user types. For example Superadmins have different menu options than end users. I also like that the homepage is very customizable and you can code something if it doesn't exist.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am unable to send calendar invites to users that are enrolled in an ILT session. There is a problem between Microsoft and Decobo that makes it difficult for users to add the calendar attachment. This makes it difficult for our end users to join the sessions. It is a known issue that has been open for at least 3 years. This issue is making us consider a new LMS. The reporting is also not helpful. I can not create simple reports that show how many attendees joined an ILT session month by month. I ran the report and the data was inaccurate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have external users this tool offers a lot of helpful features like MyTeams, the option to pay for courses, and a custom homepage layout. However users will have challenges reenrolling in ILT sessions, outlook calendar invite issues, and reporting might be a challenge. I can see reporting getting better in the coming years with their insights feature. All LMS's have issues just identify why is critical for your operations.

Docebo ensures there is successful election learning, and this helps in training and onboarding The right content is well evaluated by the AI, which makes learning more authentic

Docebo connects with HR systems and this makes companies more competitive and efficient The tracking of learners abilities and progress makes the app versatile

There is a lot of ground work, which calls for expertise help The price have an upward trend that affects businesses

Docebo gives admin and learners a seamless experience for easy navigation The features for Docebo are highly flexible and they allows the creation of a specific course to allow internal training The app understands the value for tailoring the experience of users by creating custom content and materials

Docebo is designed to offering learning support to all forms and sizes of companies The tool establishes active communities that effectively share the training resources available

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t feel content with the admin interface and the dashboard has poor functionalities The update turnaround takes a while, delaying new features
