What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

With Dayforce, we not only enjoy amazing HCM Capabilities but it is also somewhat the best Workforce Manage software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being multipurpose is my favourite part about Dayforce. The HCM Features are very helpful and so is workforce management

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well, Dayforce is amazing and no serious concerns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For both HCM and Workforce Management, try Dayforce. It's great and meets needs.

Dayforce Tax is difficult to work with.

Ensure you keep a close eye on your tax jurisdictions and reciprocity rules if applicable.

Compensation Planning & Forecasting Ability to facilitate compensation reviews and planning. Forecasts workforce demand for headcount and budgeting purposes.

Employee Record Includes workforce and employee data such as contact information, address, phone, employee identifiers, employment history, hire and release dates, etc.

Self-Service Applicant Portal​ The solution provides a robust applicant portal where documentation can be submitted, updated, and where the present status of an application can be tracked.
