What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
When managing the complex payroll needs of an IT agency, Dayforce feels like a safety net that catches everything. It doesn’t just handle payroll—it integrates it with human capital management (HCM) to a seamless experience. For an industry where people are as much the product as the technology itself, having such an interconnected tool is invaluable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ability to process payroll in real-time is a lifesaver. Unlike platforms that rely on batch processing, Dayforce allows us to preview pay runs as we go. This has been especially helpful during project-based bonus calculations, which often come with last-minute adjustments. For example, during a major project handoff, we were able to add completion bonuses without delaying the payroll cycle.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing against Dayforce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dayforce has drastically improved our payroll accuracy and compliance tracking, especially with our globally dispersed teams. It ensures we’re always ahead of changing regulations, which is a relief given the IT industry’s ever-evolving compliance demands.
