That is not the case with DayForce as it has separated itself as easy to navigate and use for our employees so that they can stay efficient in their day to day jobs and not have to worry about latency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product are the configuration and integration with other products that DayForce allows. This allows us to use the product in tandem with our other systems and allow employees to have ease of use as they move between applications that they need to complete their day to day tasks. Additionally, with the integration we are able to clearly and easily see data parallels and not have to worry about misinformation through data transfer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one aspect that I dislike most about this product is that whenever we submit an IT ticket for an issue we have noticed that it takes quite some time (4-6 business days) to get an answer or a solution to the problem that we are experiencing. This can cause delays in our business and cause us to miss substantial deadlines if we cannot find a proper workaround that will work in the short term.

I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for an all in one, easy to use solution for their growing business. This is a product that can grow and evolve with a company and continue to scale as the business does..
