This feature provides dashboards that update instantly as shifts, hours, and time-off change.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It gives managers immediate visibility into staffing, overtime, and productivity. It also enables them to make proactive labor adjustments on the fly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Having too much data without proper filters can overwhelm managers. The alert thresholds need to be carefully tuned to avoid constant notifications.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Dayforce stands out because of its real-time payroll calculations. Unlike other systems we’ve used, we can see payroll impacts instantly, which has been especially helpful for budgeting and compliance. It also lets us make changes mid-cycle, which wasn’t possible with our previous software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that everything is on one unified platform, from recruiting and onboarding to scheduling and payroll. Features like shift bidding, time-off requests, and real-time approvals have helped our workforce management. The mobile app has been especially valuable for employees who work remotely or in the field.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform has a steep learning curve. It took us nearly a month to complete training and get comfortable with workflows and customization. Smaller HR teams may find this challenging without extra support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in training and setup time. The more effort you put into configuring the platform upfront, the better the results will be. Make sure you assign a few dedicated team members to become experts on the system, and regularly review updates to take advantage of new features.

All core HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent etc. are within one system. Calculations (pay, accruals, schedules) are updated continuously—not batch‑processed
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
KPIs, dashboards, alerts & nudges for anomalies (like unexpected overtime), predictive tools to allow HR to act proactively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Supports payroll in many countries (>200 countries/territories), multiple currencies/languages etc. Good for companies with distributed / global workforce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Needs real‑time processing (payroll, time, attendance, accruals) in one unified system.
