How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Culture Amp from other similar products?
Culture Amp is very intuitive and practical so that any collaborator adapts to use it properly. It provides plenty of useful features for business goals and internal partner themes, which can be adapted to your company regardless of the line of business. In a single tool you get a set of benefits, such as creating internal surveys, creating objectives for the different departments, keeping track of 1:1 meetings, establishing KPIs and recording progress. All of this can be obtained at the business level, by departments or individually by collaborator. No need for an IT person to help you, since being an administrator is very easy to do.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about Culture Amp is that the results of what you implement are immediate. It all depends on the practicality with which you create everything, if you make it simple your collaborators will adopt it quickly, they will use it and you will see the results right away. In addition, Culture Amp has a Soft Skills section that allows you to train in a practical way, investing just a few minutes a day to improve your skills in leadership, organization, people development, etc. It's great that it can integrate with Slack to get immediate notifications to remind you of things to do.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I do not like is that when reviewing the results of a survey, they are not so understandable at first. You need to review several aspects to fully understand the results. Filters are very useful, but it is a bit complicated. It would be great if it were more visual and practical to understand. And that additional, when you want to have more precise data you go to review the details.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that you ask for support either from another company that uses it or directly with Culture Amp to check that your expectations and needs can be met. It is an excellent tool, it is only to confirm that it is what you are looking for.

Is such a great tool to measure your team culture it has some pulse surveys after the survey is done you will have some recommendation in how to improve the areas that are low, also could help to improve your feedback culture, with the feedback tool you will have amazing cards to provide more insights.Amazing for the performance features. The trainings are given by life labs, so it is quality material and it has segmentation between managers and employees, which helps to improve soft skills like, leadership, feedback, delegation. My recommendation is to use the tool but had a strong campaign in order to elevate the usage within your company.

What differentiates Culture Amp from other similar products?
Culture Amp employs a team of People Scientists who are constantly adding more features around predictive analytics, tying historical data together, and providing insights to action on results. This isn't "just" a survey and reporting tool, this is surveying and action planning at its best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user experience for survey takers and survey administrators alike, Culture Amp is easy to use, intuitive, and if it's not, their Customer Success team will always help!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Culture Amp, although I find myself wanting more feature enhancements more often (but I'm a super-user, so I feel like it's a bit unfair of a callout!).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about if you want a tool made for this use, or a tool that can "just" survey. If you're looking for a tool that can "just" survey and aggregate results, there are plenty of free options. But if you're looking to make organizational change and influence leaders to take action, Culture Amp is where it's at.
