What differentiates Culture Amp from other similar products?

- Goals setup is easy to write - Annual review is easy to navigate - easy to see the feedback of my manager under this portal

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing the employees goals and annual review under the single screen. One can easily write and take the feedback about the employees

What do you dislike most about this product?

Platform is pretty complicated and there is difficulties to find the Goals, Objective etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should buy this atleast once this to understand the platform and compare with the similar products.
