What differentiates Culture Amp from other similar products?
Integrated product offerings across the talent lifecycle. Ease of administration and integration. Included features such as 1:1 check ins with the engagement module.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's so easy to learn and use for both administrators AND especially for leaders. Our leaders love the dashboards and self-serve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We purchased a self-serve level of support, so it can be frustrating to find answers to very nuanced questions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Culture Amp is so easy to use, implement and understand the data to take action that will have a positive impact on your organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to gather anonymous feedback from your employees can really help shape your strategic objectives that will positively impact your employees. I love being able to break down the employee engagement data and dive into the areas of opportunity to make a real impact where it matters the most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not much to dislike, but the integration without an HRIS on our end makes it quite manual and tedious.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want an easy to use platform that your HR team, leadership team and management team can easily use and take immediate action on then this is the right platform for your organization.
