What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
You don't even need a profile to participate in a meeting, which is what sets Webex Meetings apart. Therefore, even if your clients or anybody else you want to invite to the event isn't using Webex Meetings, they may still attend the meeting as a guest and participate in the conference. The Webex Meetings online application is well-optimized for users to interact.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The functions it offers are quite diverse and include screen sharing, meeting recordings, PDF sharing, numerous meeting rooms, etc. It works well with a variety of calendars, including Google and Outlook. The quality of the video is very excellent and spotless. When a meeting begins, a minimal ui lets users concentrate on what's important.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The functions it offers are quite diverse and include screen sharing, meeting recordings, PDF sharing, numerous meeting rooms, etc. It works well with a variety of calendars, including Google and Outlook. The quality of the video is very excellent and spotless. When a meeting begins, a minimal ui lets users concentrate on what's important.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Webex gives users the ability to attend any virtual meeting virtually from anywhere and on any gadget, which has made the experience for all of us much too positive. Webex is the greatest option, which we advise to everyone, in terms of specially audio and video quality and customization.

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
The feature of controlling the client's screen for any changes or developments to be made to the software is quite great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Audio and video resolution is good. Working in IT it was very important for us to check the working of some software installed for overseas client so WEBEX helped a great deal to make those tasks easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The internet connection needs to be very good for proper workflow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please use it if you are dealing with overseas and off shore clients.

Very easy to use, but limited in functionality.

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Not a lot in all honesty.. Most other collaboration platforms have overtaken Webex in functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface. Webex is very user friendly with a simple end user GUI. Very simple to navigate and use, although functionality is very limited.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of file management and file sharing capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OK if your looking for a simified end user experience, but for functionality I'd recommend trying Microsoft Teams instead.
