What differentiates Center Expense from other similar products?

Center Expense is a highly integrated application that really allows our employees to easily track and approve business expenses. I love the way it easily integrates our company’s financial policies and the way we can integrate and access our financial accounts. It’s incredibly easy to review, approve, and correct submitted expenses via the app. It is also does a great job of reminding people to submit expenses in a timely fashion. Love this application and has been a much needed upgrade from other applications we have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product would be the ease of usability for our team. It’s very intuitive and easy to figure out. The ability to take pictures of receipts straight from the app is very convenient. I also love to ability to see past expenses you’ve approved and submitted.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue that I have on occasion is the occasional crash that will happen with the app, and occasionally I may have to reload menus if things don’t populate right away.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best expense approval app I’ve used in the past 10 years. It’s highly integratable for our organization and was very easy to roll out to our teams. The app is very intuitive and easy to use and understand. It’s also allowed our teams to get our expenses in on time more consistently and allowed us to streamline our processes regarding submitting business expenses.
