If you don't have much experience in email marketing or are just starting out, Brevo is a great way to learn. It's user-friendly and intuitive, so your learning curve will be lower. Although it only has basic features, it's enough for a simple email marketing operation.

If you're just beginning your journey in email marketing and feel that platforms like HubSpot and GHL might be a bit much for now, starting with Brevo is a fantastic first step.

WhatsApp Campaigns – Engage customers via WhatsApp. Live Chat & Inbox – Centralized customer communication.CRM – Manage customer data in one place.Transactional Emails & SMS – Send order confirmations, OTPs, etc.

My favorite aspects of this product is All-in-One Marketing & CRM Platform, Cost-Effective Pricing, Strong Email Deliverability, Advanced Automation & Segmentation, GDPR-Compliant & Secure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike their Learning Curve for Beginners, Limited Free Plan, Fewer Integrations Compared to Competitors and Customer Support Can Be Slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend you to check with your IT infrastructure. And buy the best premium plan accordingly.
