What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Brevo All-in-One Communication Platform. It has a dedicated IP option and better sender reputation management, ensuring emails land in inboxes rather than spam. Many competitors (like Mailchimp) charge based on contact list size, but Brevo allows unlimited contacts—you only pay for the emails/SMS you send. Email Marketing – Automation, templates, and segmentation. SMS Marketing – Send bulk SMS campaigns. WhatsApp Campaigns – Engage customers via WhatsApp. Live Chat & Inbox – Centralized customer communication.CRM – Manage customer data in one place.Transactional Emails & SMS – Send order confirmations, OTPs, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects of this product is All-in-One Marketing & CRM Platform, Cost-Effective Pricing, Strong Email Deliverability, Advanced Automation & Segmentation, GDPR-Compliant & Secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike their Learning Curve for Beginners, Limited Free Plan, Fewer Integrations Compared to Competitors and Customer Support Can Be Slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend you to check with your IT infrastructure. And buy the best premium plan accordingly.

This helps me to design the emails body and create high quality newsletter without any prior knowledge. I can do bulk email marketing by adding targeted email data in the campaign. Very easy to use.

I can write better email by the AI feature of this that's helps me to generate more leads for my business and can track email performance in this tool.
