What differentiates Aurora Platform from other similar products?
Its ML based algorithm really ensures best IT security. Stops threats before execution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Able to detect threats.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Roadmaps are very long, always miss the timelines and milestones. Major compatibility issues with MacOS and takes months to come out with new version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Good for Windows OS environment. For Apple and Linux environments, it is always behind schedule and would take close to 3-6 months to come out with new agents releases which can support the new OS versions for Mac and Linux.

What differentiates Aurora Platform from other similar products?
Blackberry Optics which whose earlier version was Cylance Protect was one of the first made EDR tool on market with all the great features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the management console and also since it is a cloud based software, we can use login anywhere we want. Also the metrics it provided for the environment was also good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It sometimes causes high CPU utilization on servers where we have to manually stop the EDR and restart it again to fix it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product and easy to implement and administer.
