What differentiates Aurora Platform from other similar products?
I like how this software keeps our computers protected. We have had several incidents where we needed this to dig into what was happening on our computers. This helped us drill down and find what was happening.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to deploy across entire network and simple to use. Rules were easy to create and roll out also. This is designed to pair with it and on workstations we have had little or no problems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took me a while to evaluate the dislikes. If i had to say something here, I would say when I click on the support view of a particular client, it asks me if i am sure I want to access that portal. I do understand it adds a layer of security, but there isn't a validation step. Simply click ok or cancel.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommend this software. Definitely stands up to the test.

Excellent and Truly exceptional. Quick and fast support team with validate insight to products and solutions for BES UEM.

Minimal audit logging and difficult event searching over multiple days Poor audit logging and delays in updating product documentations on their website.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the MDM feature.
