What differentiates Aurea Campaign Manager from other similar products?
I like the fact that I can make segments, upload lists conveniently, and generate triggers for automating my emails based on the lists that I have uploaded. It assists a lot in checking the performance of individual emails as well as observing the visual performance of the clicks. It has reduced our workload manifold, has increased the effectiveness of our campaigns, and has enhanced the satisfaction levels of our clients. This is the perfect tool for marketing among all of the tools we have ever come across.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has reduced our workload over and over again, increased the effectiveness of our campaigns, and improved the levels of satisfaction for our customers. This is an excellent marketing tool among all the tools we have ever encountered. We can do segmentation, upload lists correctly, and generate custom emails for our contact database. We have also used it to create personalized lists of emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have been using it for a long time. The user interface is outdated and it is a struggle to navigate through it. Occasionally, the stats that it displays do not appear to be accurate case we are viewing the stats for some time of greater than a day. We observed that it crashes very soon. Especially, when we are supposed to deliver emails to our contacts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very effective tool for marketing purposes. It has helped us a great deal and has saved us a lot of time. It is worth the investment. You should give it a try and the results themselves will be enough to convince you of the platform. Once you use it, it is most likely that you will get addicted and there will be no way back.
