What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Projects can be hierarchically structured, providing selective access for relevant people only. Its easy to understand and to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It doesnt require a lot of training or tutorials to use it. The cost per user is ok. We have tested Asana for more than 6 Month. In the beginning with the free version, later with the business version. The support was great and during the first months we where given the opportunity to test premium for free.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to manage more complex projects or use it to digitalize business processes it lacks functionality. At some point our projects got to complex for Asana
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have simple projects or ToDo lists its great and you don't have to spend a lot on training. Its great for working with external guests.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana allows our team to organize. We use it repeatedly to help with marketing and to see new white papers and case studies that are still in the works. This allows us to provide feedback and insights from conversations we've had with customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What we like most about this product is that getting organized in Asana is also very easy. The function to create new sections and then implement rules can be used to automatically move a task/project when it meets certain criteria
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since we have used this product ourselves, we have not found a single fault. In addition, it is a powerful and popular tool that has transformed the way we manage and coordinate projects, accommodate workgroups, source and assign individuals so there are no mistakes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are able to recommend this product because exposing my daily tasks in Asana is admirable and quite effective as it helps me to prioritize my daily tasks in a positive way.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
The mobile version of Asana is fairly well developed and optimized, but it doesn't fit many of the tools that I personally consider paramount, or at least in my case, required them to allow us to provide commentary and information on conversations. we had with customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I admire most about this product is that Asana allows our team to be organized. Generally we use it to support marketing and testing of new technical documents and case studies that are still being built.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since adopting the use of Asana, we haven't found a product that fails because it can produce the novel sections and then set up rules to automatically defer an issue / once certain criteria are met.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have the opportunity to recommend and Asana that this product has a unique feature that allows us to do all our work ourselves, as well as the Rules feature that allows us to automate some of the manual steps mentioned; However, the fraction of rules that can be generated is limited.
