What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
This software has helped us to improve the dynamics at work, because assigning activities and tasks to the work team is easier and measuring their progress is simple. Communication is more fluid and we can see all the comments and comments left by the rest of the project members regarding an assigned activity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tasks are easier to understand and execute, since they are assigned to each employee when they are individual or to the work team when they are group tasks. The diagrams have been very helpful, we can see the progress we have made and if we are behind the established time to finish the task, this way we can speed up the work and finish it on time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is annoying that some requests for activities and tasks do not arrive in real time, which makes us late with the start of the project and we must use other means for the start. These requests only arrive if you start the program and they arrive in the mail long after they have been assigned, which is a real delay for the project. Task comments also do not arrive in real time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is an excellent tool for remote work, because you can easily assign activities and projects to your work group online and monitor and know closely the progress of the activities. It has worked very well for the work we do, except for some details, we found this software to be quite complete.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It has an intuitive UI and UX design. Can be used easily to create Gantt charts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The different templates offered can be used for different business activities which provides an easy and an efficient way of project management
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't think there is anything as such which i dislike at the moment, just the mobile compatibility issues could be resolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for the free version initially and check if it meets your requirements and then switch to paid version.

It's really visually great when it comes to seeing your projects at once. Easy to assign, comment and set custom fields as needed.

The number of customisable options you have when it comes to views, fields, etc.

Having to pay a premium to access certain features.

Asana is the perfect solution to collaborate on projects among teams. Great visual experience with plenty of features so that everyone has what they need in the same place.
