Number one choice for project management
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is a number one choice for people working in companies. It is especially a breezy software to be used by people who are not that organized. Asana arranges projects for the companies, check the completion of tasks, and marks the important dates for when the changes have been occurred. It includes the pricing of four plans, including a free forever plan. The best thing about this software application is that the features are according to what project you will be working on. Asana is the best choice for company owners no matter how small or expanded your business is. The software organizes all the projects being held in the company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana has a sequence of boards, list, timelines and calendar which helps you keep track on completion of projects. Asana is pretty much flexible to use for completion of tasks. After putting everything on dash board, you can visualize your data and can choose whether to omit or make improvement. It includes a special feature of goals where you can see how much of your project is accomplished or is half way towards completion.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is a nice application but the advanced features are only for people that subscribed for premium.

I recommend Asana to everyone because of its flexibility and easy accessibility.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Effective Service

Better for larger organizations
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It has an abundance of options for managing projects with more tasks and responsible parties.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I liked that we could see who was assigned what and that when I completed a task, it would let the next person know that they needed to complete the next step.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was overly complicated for our practice. We spent weeks and weeks creating different work flows and it felt like we were spending more time creating an overly detailed to-do list that we were actually spending time on the tasks that needed to be completed. It didn't work well for a lot of employees and caused some in-office drama.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Only invest in this product if your projects really warrant such a detailed breakdown and/or you have a team of substantial size.
Pros
- Caring
- Respectful
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service
Cons
- Inhibits Innovation
- Less Performance Enhancing
- Less Productive
