What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
All project managers know the name of Asana, it is quite a famous program and that’s why our project management team agreed to choose it for the long run. No, we didn’t make any blind decision, we used its free plan that eventually led us to its paid version, but before that our whole team got used to its free version. The free version is very basic and the advanced version is literally heaven, you can do almost anything and everything here to manage and work on the project successfully.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I prefer and like Asana because first and foremost of all, it provides the free version, and secondly, it is super simple and easy to use for all. The onboarding process and their learning time period are also very short which makes it my favorite. It is loaded with all basic and advanced features that help us in maintaining and keeping the projects’ management top-notch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Assignment of tasks on a project that involves a bunch of people is quite difficult at Asana because it only gives me the option to assign the task to one person only which is really not a satisfactory situation at all. This feature needs severe attention and improvement from the service providers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana is a good platform if you are a small or medium-sized company, however, it gets quite complicated if you are a little bigger team or an enterprise because not only is the cost way too expensive, the management of the teams gets even more difficult. So, I only recommend it to small teams or medium-sized teams only, not a good option for bigger ones.
Pros
- Saves Time
- Respectful
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable

It's easy to use when starting to build your team. If you need a basic to-do list or tasks for team building. With Asana, you can track task deadlines and manage multiple projects from a single platform, increasing your overall productivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard is really simple to use and set up, and it is ideal for seeing your activities and projects at a glance. It is simple to give duties while forming a team. Asana improves teamwork, which allows me to be more productive. You may work on as many teams and projects as you like with Asana, creating, assigning, and monitoring them. I can upload papers and data from Dropbox to Asana. Activities and tasks may be controlled from any browser, even my mobile device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You have no way of knowing how long it takes the user to complete the work, and you just have the status of open and closed tasks. More functionalities are required to fulfill various project requirements. It would be preferable if the Asana interface was more straightforward because managing projects gets more difficult when there are numerous projects.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For simple work assignment and team management. It's simple to use and gives you an idea of what your team is up to. Asana, one of the top task organizers on the market, allows you to organize your activities and work with others.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
One of the greatest tools for managing projects and tasks. In a matter of days, even a complete newbie can get the hang of it. Projects and tasks can be assigned to any member of the team who needs to work on them. Adding tags to any job makes it easier for the entire team to work on a single project with the same split tag. This is an example of a job that you've made and given to 7-8 members of your team using the tag "web development" in 20 projects, for example. Each job may be accessed/filtered with a single click using the web development tag. that truly is awesome
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's difficult to focus on just one aspect. User-friendliness and the ability to configure projects. Workflow automation and forms are also great. However, it's the entertaining options that keep me coming back. I'm in love with the cat and dog trick, but I also enjoy a celebratory moment at the end of the day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We knew this was going to be a challenge, but we were confident that we could deal with jobs that could be rescheduled if a timeframe altered. An edit mode or draft mode for projects would be good, or even better, a whole multitasking timeline could be rearranged.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone new to Asama should make a "must do" list before setting foot on the island. Task management will help them get a better knowledge of the overall structure of the project or program, allowing them to go on to full project/program management.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
